The hotel’s location was spot on! It was really close to both the airport and the beach, which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us free coffee, and the terrace was very scenic and perfect for relaxing. Plus, the price was very reasonable.

The beds were not very comfortable and there was no hot water in the showers. It was also a bummer that breakfast wasn’t available, but we were aware of that beforehand, so it wasn’t a big deal. it was a decent hotel for the price.

The area it's located in has a unique charm that captivated me. I saw the ocean from my room, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were also extremely friendly and accommodating. They even gave me recommendations on where to go and what to do in the city. This hotel is conveniently located near stores and bars, making it an ideal place to stay for tourists who want to have a great time.

Not one thing. My overall experience was wonderful, from the welcoming atmosphere to the beautiful views and the friendly staff. This hotel was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was lovely and had great amenities. The breakfast had a variety of options and was a convenient start to our day. The view from the hotel was unbeatable, we could see for miles.

There was a minor issue with the pillows, but it didn't ruin our stay.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel that provided exceptional service! The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The two complementary drinks were a nice touch! Our room was clean and modern, and the view from the rooftop deck was amazing. The location was perfect, lots of restaurants and supermarkets close to the hotel. We enjoyed the nightlife without having to leave the neighborhood.

Although the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night. Unfortunately, we forgot to bring earplugs with us, but it wasn't a big deal. Also, it would have been helpful to have more outlets next to the bed.

The complementary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities nearby. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a romantic getaway.

Our stay was marred by a few unpleasant experiences. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected and plan our activities. Additionally, the shower was poorly designed and the water pressure was inconsistent. while we enjoyed our stay, we were disappointed by the lack of basic amenities.

Hotel was nice with attentive staff. Close to restaurants and supermarket for supplies. Close to Old San Juan, Condado and Convention Center.

We chose Hotel Miramar because they are a pet friendly hotel.

The location was not the best. Also,there were only four parking spaces at the hotel. We had to park on the street a few times.

This place is what I would call a diamond in the rough. It isn't the fanciest hotel by any means. It is however, clean and cute is a way to describe it. The location is perfect if you want to drive to Old San Juan. It is close enough to Condado to walk there. When I was looking up hotels in Condado they were all more than $250 per night. My girlfriend and I just needed a place to sleep. Who goes to Puerto Rico and hangs out in their hotel room all day? This place was wonderful and the staff is courteous have a great sense of humor too! I loved it at Miramar and would stay there again next time I'm in San Juan.

The price for the value. The rooms were very well designed with plenty of space. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The house keeping staff was excellent. The locations was great. Easy walking to the Convention Center. Easy access to a the bus that takes you directly to old San Juan. Grocery store, fast food, and several excellent restaurants nearby. Also walking distance to the beaches in Condado.

Breakfast was included, minimum but sufficient, but was usually very slow. Also ran out of juice for two days which was odd because a grocery store was next door.

I want to thank the staff of the Mirimar, especially Jill and Carlos whose personal touch made the experience that much better. I stayed in room 701 overlooking the lagoon. One of the better rooms I'm told. I normally stay at the Conrad but found the Mirimar to meet my needs all the same. I come to the island about 4 times a year for work. I'll be heading back to see my new friends at the Miramar soon. Thank you Booked.net for helping me to choose the Mirimar for my last visit to the island. Todd

Parking is a bit of an issue but the hotel staff definitely does an excellent job of working with what they have.

Convenient location to old San Juan

The hotel address provided was wrong, such that gps led us to a different location, therefore wasted one hour. It should be 606 Juan Ponce De Leon Ave, instead of 606 Ponce De Leon.

The room was large and comfortable enough. The staff were very helpful.

Not having a restaurant that offers breakfast. There is a next door caffee sort of connected to the hotel but their service is not good. Also, the internet connection was very weak.
